Self Pay Option

If your insurance does not cover nutrition counseling we do offer a self pay option.  Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. 

Initial appointment (1 hour): $130

Follow up appointments (30 minutes): $60

Most clients will benefit from more than one appointment to have long-term success with meeting their health goals.  If you are interested in multiple sessions, we offer nutrition package deals to save you money!  

Initial Nutrition Package Deal: 3 appointments for $220 (covers 1 initial appointment and 2 follow up appointments)- Saves $30!

Follow Up Nutrition Package Deal: 3 follow up appointments for $165- Saves $15!
